Repairs for furnaces, heat pumps and boilers

Renton has a mix of older and newer homes, and we work on all of them, from older oil and gas furnaces to modern heat pumps and hot-water boilers. Our technicians find the problem, explain your options and fix it right.

Air conditioning installation

Stay comfortable on hot summer days with central air, a heat pump that heats and cools, or a ductless system for the rooms that get hottest. We size every system to your home so it cools evenly and runs efficiently.

Upgrading to a high-efficiency system

If your system is older, a new high-efficiency Trane furnace or heat pump can lower your energy bills and make your home more comfortable. We'll walk you through your options, handle the full installation and help you look into financing and Trane rebates.

Maintenance and indoor air quality

Annual maintenance keeps your equipment reliable and efficient. We can also improve the air inside your home with high-efficiency filters, electronic air cleaners and UV sanitizers, and test for carbon monoxide to keep your family safe.
