Furnace, Heat Pump & AC Service in Auburn, WA

Family-owned heating and cooling for Auburn homes since 1983

Your local heating and cooling company

Griffis Heating has kept Auburn homes warm through the winter and cool through the summer since 1983. We're a second-generation, family-owned company and a Certified Trane Dealer since 1998, and we know the homes here, from older houses near downtown to newer neighborhoods on Lea Hill and in Lakeland Hills. Every job is quoted before the work begins, so there are no surprises on the bill. Call (253) 735-3880 or request a free estimate.

Furnace and heat pump repair

When the heat goes out on a cold, wet Auburn night, you need it fixed right the first time. Our technicians repair gas, electric and oil furnaces and heat pumps of every make and model, including systems we didn't install. We'll tell you what's wrong and what it will cost before we start.

Air conditioning installation and repair

Summer heat waves have made air conditioning a must-have for many Auburn families. We install and repair central air conditioners, heat pumps that cool as well as heat, and ductless systems for rooms that never stay comfortable. We size every system to your home, because a unit that's too big cools fast but leaves the house feeling clammy.

Heating and cooling system replacement

If repair bills keep coming, it may be time for a new system. We'll look at your current equipment, your home and your budget, then recommend the most efficient option, often a high-efficiency Trane furnace or heat pump. We remove the old system and handle the full installation. Financing is available, including home energy loans through Salal Credit Union.

Maintenance and tune-ups

A yearly tune-up is the best way to avoid a breakdown on the coldest night of the year. We inspect every major component, clear out built-up dust and debris, lubricate moving parts and catch small problems before they turn into expensive ones. Ask us about a preventative maintenance plan.
